Summary of position:
You will be working in a team of 4 people responsible for the daily running of Amobia's wireless network. Your tasks will include network management, building and installing Linux servers, 1st and 2nd level customer support.

Technical Skills Required
. 1 Year Linux Experience
. TCP/IP Networking and Routing

. LPI qualifications
. Cisco switch and routers
. PHP/MySQL "LAMP" background, Wiki's, Mailing lists

Summary of position:
You will be working as a part of the Amobia network installation and site survey team. You will be supporting the technical operations of the network.

Technical Skills Required
. 1 Year Cabling and On-site equipment installation experience
. Industry standard cabling skills
. Able to use a job ticketing system and web interface for survey planning
. Drivers license

Technical Skills which are Advantageous
. Mikrotik and wireless LAN technologies
. Basic RF and Antenna installation knowledge
. Knowledge of DC power systems, battery banks and solar power
. Experience in a big telco environment (ex-Telkom installer)
. Industry standard safety training and knowledge of safety equipment
. Experience driving 4x4 vehicles
