Openserve Fibre

Eligibility: The incentive applies strictly to new orders for postpaid fibre broadband services placed within the qualifying campaign window. Prepaid products, change of product changes, Release and Receive Ownership orders (inter-ISP migrations), and Indoor/Outdoor transfers are explicitly excluded.

• Minimum Commitment Period & Claw-back: Every qualifying service activated under this incentive must remain active on the Openserve network as the same product and speed for a minimum period of seven (7) consecutive months (comprising the initial free month plus six active billing months).
• Early Cancellation Penalty: Should a service be ceased or converted to a prepaid product prior to the completion of the 7-month minimum active period, Amobia / Openserve reserves the right to apply a claw-back penalty to the clients account equal to the full value of the initial 1-month free rental credit.
• Promotional Alignment: The existing rules, terms, and conditions of the Openserve Conditional Free Installation promotion remain fully applicable, including any penalties incurred if a service is cancelled within 12 months.
